This is a book about a girl named Polly who lives on a rhubarb farm where everything is, well, different. The rhubarb tastes like chocolate and can communicate with people, nothing ever drowns in the lake, and every Monday, at exactly one o'clock p.m., it rains. Then, one day, everything changes. It's a Monday, at 1:01, and it's not raining. Everything falls apart from there. Freddy, Polly's older brother, got terribly sick, and the entire farm is in danger. But, somehow, Polly finds the strength, courage, and magic to save her farm.
